The Photo Session

Your business location will be shot AS-IS. The property must be photo-ready when we arrive. We do not provide any cleaning, moving or staging services. Failure to have your shoot location photo-ready may impact the number of photographs that can be taken. Please know, any return trip to the shoot location for re-shoots will incur a re-shoot fee.

Image Editing

All of our packages include our in-house Standard Image Editing, which includes straightening, cropping, adjusting the color, contrast, brightness, saturation, etc. If you require Advanced Image Editing, please contact us.

Image Delivery

Business photography may require a deposit or payment to be made in full before the project is started. After payment has been received in full and after the completion of the work, your images will be delivered through email via Dropbox. Through this portal you will be able to save the images to your computer. When downloading the photos to your computer, the images will save as .zip (compressed) file and will download to your commonly used download directory. You will need to extract these files (unzip) them before you will be able to use.

Re-Shoots

Any return to the shoot location for a re-shoot will require a fee, unless previously stated otherwise by the photographer. To avoid a re-shoot and fee, we advise that the location is photo-ready before the shoot and you convey any specific shot requests to the photographer. We also recommend that you take a thorough inspection and walkthrough of the shoot location prior to the photographer’s arrival, on the day of the shoot.

Twilight

Twilight photos focus on illuminating the property and grabbing the viewer’s attention with a high contrast image shot at dusk. In some circumstances, twilight photography may be a great choice for certain business locations. Ideal locations of business for twilight photography require ample uplighting and interior lighting. The twilight photo session begins 15 min before sunset and continues until it is dark outside.
