Our residential video packages include daytime interior, exterior, and aerial footage. Additional video upgrades are available.

The Video Session
The day of your cinema tour, the property will be shot as-is. The property must be ready when we arrive. We do not provide any cleaning, moving or home staging services. Our office will call you on the morning of your shoot to verify that the property is ready and you are confirmed to shoot.
Your appointment slot accounts for a specific amount of time, which will not be extended in the case that the home is not prepared. Failure to have your home ready may impact the number of photographs/video scenes taken and in some cases may incur a fee.

Scheduling a Cinema Tour
SRQ360 Cinema Tours require two photographers at the shoot and are subject to availability. It is highly recommended that agents be present for the video shoot to communicate any special shot requests to the SRQ360 team.
Cinema Tour video shoots must be paid in advance or on the day of your video session. We may require payment in advance for custom projects.
Delivery Times & Hosting
The still photographs captured in Cinema Tour shoots have a turnaround time of approximately 1 – 3 business days. The Cinema Video packages require a turnaround time of 7-10 business days. Delivery times for commercial and custom video packages will vary.
Video Editing & Revisions
All of our packages include our in-house standard video editing, which includes adjusting the color, contrast, brightness, saturation, clip order/lengths, video transitions, audio levels, etc.
If you require advanced video editing, such as custom branded elements, animation, etc., please contact us.
After the client has received the first cut of the video, clients may request up to two minor, complimentary revisions to their video. Any additional revisions will incur an editing fee of $75 per hour.
Royalty Free Music
SRQ360 is required by copyright law to use verified royalty-free music in our videos. Agents may choose to select music from PremiumBeat.com, an online royalty-free music source, but they will be responsible to select, purchase and deliver the MP3 audio file to our office before any editing can begin. All final song selections are subject to the cinematographer’s approval.
If requested, we can provide a proof of license a PDF along with your tour if your agency requires it.
